WHOLE BIRDS, CUTS & OFFAL
We offer frozen whole chickens weighing between 1.1 and 1.3 kilograms, along with a selection of cuts such as leg quarters, drumsticks, breast fillets, thighs, and wings. Additional options include feet, livers, gizzards, and hearts. Halal-certified products are also available.

MDM (Mechanically Deboned Meat)
More than 60% of South Africa’s poultry imports from Brazil are mechanically deboned meat, which is not made here on a large scale. MDM is essential for making polony, viennas, Russians and, more. We supply it in consistent monthly containers.

Full documentation & reassurance
Our plants are SIF-approved and meet both HACCP and GFSI standards. We provide DALRRD-ready health certificates, and Halal certification is available when required. For qualifying buyers, we can also arrange visits to our facilities in Brazil.
